LLP wins again in the Microsoft Awards 2016 – this year with a CRM project at Foxconn
May 2016 - LLP Prague’s CRM division has won the Customer Engagement category prize in the 18th year of the prestigious Microsoft Awards with its CRM project at Foxconn, the global leader and provider of complex IT solutions. This competition selects top projects delivered by official Microsoft implementation partners across various categories.
LLP CRM implemented a cloud version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online so that Foxconn could manage its business opportunities in the Czech Republic, and its acquisition campaigns in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) more effectively. Foxconn required a solution for its EMEA region which would not only standardize and automate sales and other processes, and provide reporting, but which would also actively promote cooperation in the management of sales transactions across its many divisions. The brief was to use as much standard CRM functionality and workflow as possible to ensure the fastest possible implementation, easy upgrade and scalability for the future.

The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and its related business processes enabled Foxconn to make the daily work of the sales team more efficient. All information about contracts in progress could be unified and held in one place. The substitution of sales people and the continuity of business relationships is also more easily ensured, as well as the possibility of extending business relationships from one division to another. Automatic reporting in all divisions, countries and across the entire EMEA region has also streamlined all corporate processes.
