LLP CRM has successfully completed the implementation of a new SFA (Sales Force Automation) solution for Budweiser Budvar, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Resco. The new system unifies the way sales teams work across two countries, is used by approximately 60 sales representatives and managers, and supports the management of more than 40,000 customers. The solution digitalises key sales processes and provides a technology platform for the further development of reporting, automation and the use of artificial intelligence.
The main objective of the project was to digitalise sales processes in the Czech Republic and Germany and create a modern working environment for the sales teams. Budweiser Budvar wanted to give its sales representatives access to complete customer information in a single mobile application, simplify data collection in the field and establish a solid foundation for reporting, process automation and the further development of digital tools.
The new solution connects key sales processes – from planning customer visits and recording meetings to working with checklists and processing orders. Sales representatives have all essential information available in one system and can work efficiently while in the field.
“When selecting the solution, we were not looking only for the right technology, but above all for an experienced partner with a proven track record in implementing SFA solutions and the ability to understand the specifics of our sales processes. Together with LLP CRM, we have created a unified environment for the sales teams at Budweiser Budvar and its subsidiaries that simplifies the day-to-day work of our sales representatives, improves data quality and provides a solid foundation for the further development of our sales processes.”

Key Benefits of the Solution
The project was developed over a period of almost nine months, based on a series of analytical workshops with sales teams from both the Czech Republic and Germany. The implementation was then rolled out gradually – first in the Czech Republic and subsequently in Germany – enabling the effective transfer of experience between the teams and a smooth transition to the new system.
Thanks to close cooperation between the Budweiser Budvar project team and LLP CRM consultants, the implementation was delivered according to plan and successfully went live.
“Digitalising sales teams today is not simply about implementing a CRM system. The key is to create an environment that genuinely supports sales representatives in their day-to-day work while providing the company with high-quality data for managing sales. This was the main objective of the project, and we believe that Budweiser Budvar now has a solid foundation for further development in automation and the use of artificial intelligence.”
