January 2019 – Barbara Dreska has been appointed Chairwoman & CEO of LLP Group (LLP CRM is part of LLP Group) from January 1st 2019. Dreska will succeed Adam Bager, who will continue as a non-executive Director and shareholder in addition to focusing on his role as Chairman of systems@work.

October 2018 – With its CRM project at Skanska Reality, a.s., LLP CRM has won the Czech Retail & FMCG category prize in the 20th year of the prestigious Microsoft Awards. The project involved the implementation of a Customer Portal and an upgrade to the cloud-based CRM solution, Dynamics 365, in the Czech Republic and Poland, including business and marketing process optimisation and new features such as satisfaction surveys, customer portal, voucher administration, reclamation management, etc.
