February 2016 – Prague, 24th February 2016. LLP CRM and Logic point, the Czech Republic’s two most prominent CRM consultancies, are pleased to announce their intention to merge, with LLP CRM acquiring 80% of Logic point. LLP CRM, a subsidiary of LLP Group (www.llpgroup.com) and Logic point provide consulting and development services around Microsoft Dynamics CRM and are the two most experienced and largest companies in this field in the Czech Republic. Logic point was established in 2009 in Prague, LLP CRM, in Prague, in 2007. Combined revenues exceed 3 Million EUR and combined staff will exceed 45.
September 2015 – On September 1st leasing company and member of Erste Bank financial group, sAutoleasing, in cooperation with LLP Group launched a new CRM system to support its sales staff. The solution has been built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 replacing the original in-house-developed CRM system and extending its capabilities in the areas of automated approval workflow, direct access from mobile devices and integration with a data warehouse.
June 2015 – LMC s.r.o., leader in the Czech labour market and operator of the well-known career portals Jobs.cz and Práce.cz, chose Microsoft Dynamics CRM from LLP Group. LMC’s management needed an effective tool for managing the sales team and their business opportunities, as well as high-quality reporting, detailed categorisation of clients and integration with their call centre.
April 2015 – LLP Czech Republic has won the category of Innovative Solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform in the 17th year of the prestigious Microsoft Awards. The competition is eligible for certified partners who develop solutions and applications on the Microsoft platform and who employ new technologies for client solutions. Registered partners compete in 10 areas, and the large and complex category of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is traditionally the most demanding in the competition. LLP Czech Republic convinced the jury that it deserved to win for its solution for business development and relations with corporate clients and state and public administration authorities designed for O2 Czech Republic, a.s.
September 2014 – LLP Prague has achieved Microsoft’s Gold Customer Relationship Management Partner competence. This certification reflects LLP’s experience, level of commitment and drive in successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
May 2014 – Skanska Reality a.s. decided to implement a sophisticated CRM system with the aim of optimizing agent and customer communication and to streamline its processes. Based on internal research in other countries, where Skanska operates in the field of development and sales of residential real estate, it decided on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, used by its Finnish branch.
