Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot launched

Microsoft recently announced the world´s first AI (artificial intelligence) copilot natively built-in to both CRM and ERP applications. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot offers interactive, AI-powered assistance in various business functions including sales, customer service, marketing, and supply chain management.

Dynamics 365 Copilot helps organizations be more productive by efficiently creating content and automating tedious tasks, all by leveraging recent advances in generative artificial intelligence.
