Changes to Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 Subscriptions – Price Increase for Monthly Payments with Annual Commitments

Microsoft is implementing significant changes to its subscription pricing policy that will impact customers utilizing flexible payment models. These adjustments will apply to all licenses under the New Commerce Experience (NCE) model, including Dynamics365 and Microsoft365. Here are the details, including key dates:

Key Changes Effective April 1, 2025:
5% Price Increase for Annual Commitments with Monthly Payments: All new annual subscriptions with monthly payments entered after April 1, 2025, will cost 5% more than subscriptions paid in full upfront for the entire year.
