January 2018 – Valbek Group, a European consultancy in the field of infrastructure design (roads, bridges, tunnels, railways, water and land structures) has decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud solution to streamline the handling of its business and sales opportunities.
Valbek was looking for a regional solution that would actively support business case management across its sales divisions as well as help with sales process standardization, automation and reporting. The management opted as much as possible to use the standard functionalities and workflow offered by CRM to ensure a fast implementation, easy upgrades and future scalability.
The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated business processes enabled Valbek to simplify the day-to-day activities of sales staff – by having all information about their leads in one place in a standard form. At the same time, it made the substitution of sales staff and the maintenance of customer relations across different divisions easier.
The CRM system now operates in three Czech branches (Liberec, Ústí nad Labem and Pilsen) and is used by 50 staff. The project also included the implementation of Office 365.
