CRM revolution in the pet insurance business – PetExpert

September 2018 – Petline s.r.o., provider of PetExpert pet insurance, has implemented a Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud CRM solution to streamline the entire insurance business process. The project, implemented by LLP CRM, was recognized in the recent MS Awards 2018 competition in the Banking, Insurance & Capital Markets category.

The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated Customer Portal enabled PetExpert to manage business processes ranging from the generation of insurance contracts for new customers, the handling of insurance claims, to the detailed calculation of insurance benefits, customer participation and costs for the insurance company. Additionally, the system arranges claim payments to the customer. All standard business activities amenable to automation are now fully automated in the solution.

Despite a limited budget, LLP CRM has delivered a complete CRM solution, including add-on features that meet all the requirements of a modern customer relationship management system. Thanks to the Customer Portal and complete digitisation of the whole insurance process, veterinarians save significant time and are guaranteed payments for treatments within 24 hours,”  says Jan Moravec, Business Architect at Petline, s.r.o.

Using the system, veterinarians can quickly and easily create insurance cases, obtain authorisation for insurance payments and rapid reimbursement. The veterinarian can take advantage of the most appropriate treatment procedures without being limited by the current financial situation of a pet’s owner.
