October 2018 – With its CRM project at Skanska Reality, a.s., LLP CRM has won the Czech Retail & FMCG category prize in the 20th year of the prestigious Microsoft Awards. The project involved the implementation of a Customer Portal and an upgrade to the cloud-based CRM solution, Dynamics 365, in the Czech Republic and Poland, including business and marketing process optimisation and new features such as satisfaction surveys, customer portal, voucher administration, reclamation management, etc.
This competition selects top IT projects delivered by official Microsoft implementation partners across various categories in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. After 2016’s win with a FOXCONN CZ project, this year LLP CRM is a winner with the cloud solution at Skanska Reality as well a finalist in the Czech Banking, Insurance & Capital Markets category with a PetExpert project where it has implemented a Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud CRM solution to streamline the entire pet insurance business process.
