Microsoft announced the public preview of Microsoft Viva Sales, a new app designed for sellers to focus on what matters most — building solid relationships with customers and closing deals.
Viva Sales connects Microsoft 365 apps to CRM systems so sellers can see customer information where and when they need it, get rich sales-specific insights on customer meetings, and easily share CRM data with colleagues. The new app saves valuable time, helps make better decisions, and empowers sellers to build stronger relationships to close deals faster.
The Viva Sales public preview includes the following capabilities:
Access to important CRM customer data in Outlook and Teams
Connect to CRM to reduce application switching
Easily create customer contacts from Outlook
Improve sales performance on customer calls with Sales Conversation Intelligence (SCI)
Collaborate with colleagues on relevant customer data in Teams and Outlook
Stay secure and compliant – access controls and user permissions
